Helen is McKenzie trained for spinal care and has a broad range of skills and experience in back and neck pain, orthopedic and neurological injuries, sports medicine, and pain management. Is a physical therapist assistant who graduated from HCCC. She has experience with orthopedics, geriatrics, aqua therapy and amputees. She has received ROCK TAPE certification.
Is a physical therapist assistant who graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University in 1987 and Herkimer Community College 2000. Deana served as physical therapist assistant for Chris Page Physical Therapy from 2000 to 2014. She has a variety of experiences from sports medicine to long term care. She is a member of the American Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Cornell Canine Companions, and is an Outdoor Emergency Care Technician with National Ski Patrol.
Is a Professor of Physical Therapy at Utica College where he teaches courses involving the examination and management of musculoskeletal conditions and manual therapy. He received his physical therapy degree from Utica College in 1999, his DPT from Utica College in 2007 and became board certified in Orthopedics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists in 2009. Dr. Schilling is actively involved with research related to shoulder injury prevention in overhead athletes and has presented at the World Confederation for Physical Therapy Meeting, the APTA Combined Section Meeting, the Academy of Sports Medicine Annual Meeting and the NYPTA Conference.
Is a Professor of PhysicalTherapy at Utica College. He received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biomechanics and Physical Therapy from the University of Cairo in 2008, his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Utica College in 2007, his Master’s degree (2000) and Bachelor’s degree (1998) in Physical Therapy from the University of Cairo. Dr. Radwan has been teaching at both the entry level and Post-professional level of physical therapy education for the last 20 years and has been affiliated with Utica College since 2006. His research interests include biomechanical analysis (motion and 3D gait analysis) of different musculoskeletal and orthopedic clinical problems. He has been practicing as a physical therapist since 1998 with an interest in musculoskeletal clinical practice in both Egypt and the United States. His areas of expertise include the spine, the knee, particularly the ACL, shoulder injuries, and rehabilitation.
Is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who recently joined our team at Helen M Sarandrea Physical Therapy and Sports Care. She graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Utica College in 2009. She has worked in the outpatient setting for nearly 10 years. She also has experience as a Therapy Supervisor over numerous settings including long term care and subacute rehabilitation. Melissa has experience with orthopedic conditions in infants as young as 10 weeks old through geriatrics. She has extra training in office ergonomics, injury prevention and health and wellness. In addition, she has experience in pre-employment screening, strength training, conditioning, and competition.
Is the owner of Body Kneads Massage and is a 2007 graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. She is a 1996 graduate of from Daemen College with a bachelor of science degree in Physical Therapy, 1989 graduate from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food/Nutrition/Community Nutrition. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Body Kneads Massage is a business offering massage in a variety of styles – Traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Cancer/Lymphedema Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
